Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for smaller events and 4+ weeks for large events. However, we always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests!
Do you provide setup and service staff?
Our Full Service Event package includes on-site staff for setup, serving, and cleanup. For smaller packages, we provide everything ready to serve — you just set it out!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can accommodate most dietary needs. Just let us know in your quote request and we'll work with you to create a menu everyone can enjoy.
What is your delivery range?
We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Beverly Hills, FL. For events outside this range, please contact us to discuss options and any additional delivery fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Day-of cancellations are non-refundable.
